We started chatting about outfits and timeframe for the day. Susan, Brooke’s mom, was very proud of their 7 outfits for the day. I LUV it when people show up with good style and fun outfits. Accessories and clothing choices really make the shoot. I always tell my clients, just be you and rock it! Susan had also hired a stylist for the day so we could fight the effects of the wind. I’d say the wind was 20 miles an hour with crazy gusts up to 30 or 40, but i have no idea what it really was… I just know it kept blowing us all over the place. With a few blankets to change with and several trips to the car for accessories and outfits, this shoot was soooo much fun~!
Brooke was a natural in front of the camera. When we walked past the milk crates we both were on the same page – crazy excited for a bunch of milk crates – i luv my job. After a few hours battling the gail force winds and frigid temps we managed to get through all the outfits and still have a few smiles on our faces. There are sooo many great images from this shoot ~ krazy excited we decided to rock out with Mother Nature and of course Mass Ave.
