As a photographer who’s been doing this for several years now, I love variety. Winter is a great time to find locations inside to create moody and romantic images for my clients. I talked with Lindsay & Vlad to create something unique for their E Session. Since the weather was bitter cold out, we decided to find a few bar locations which give us the look we talked about. We started at the Slippery Noodle for a few casual bar shots then moved to the new Cadillac Ranch Bar down the road. Both locations gave us the perfect backdrop for their outfits and personalities. I have to thank both the Slippery Noodle and Cadillac Ranch for being soooo nice and letting us stage our shoot during business hours. Lindsay & Vlad definitely looked like models in these locations, with everyone stopping to see what was going on. And of course, I work better with an audience~!

For Bride’s checking out blogs and images for your Wedding Day, be sure to find a photographer who can create amazing images both indoors and out. We never know what the weather is going to be like, so it’s crazy important to hire a photographer who can be comfortable shooting with lighting indoors and still give you the casual, real-life images you’re looking for… just my 2 cents.
